Do your images have model releases?
Yes, all recognizable faces in our photographs have signed a model release. If you need a copy of the release for any reason, feel free to contact us at Admin@PhotosofCalifornia.com or feel free to call the office and speak to a staff member. 9am-5pm (PST)
Editorial Images – Can we use them commercially?
No, photos marked “Editorial Images” on our web site are not to be used in commercial designs and/or advertisements. Please click here for more information concerning “editorial image” use.
What format are the royalty free images and photos in?
All Stock Photography – Royalty Free Stock Photography and Stock Photos for Web Sites royalty images and pictures – photos and images are in JPG format.
Do you add royalty free images and photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add royalty free stock photos as they are taken. Click on “Newest Photos” to see the latest royalty free photos that we have posted.
Can I submit royalty free images – photos to sell?
Right now the only royalty free images and stock pictures that we sell are the ones taken by Stock Photography – Royalty Free Stock Photography and Stock Photos for Web Sites and it’s partners. In the future we may consider this. If you are interested in becoming a Photos of California Stock Photo Contributor and sell your photography, contact us via email to discuss at Admin@photosofcalifornia.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase of our Royalty free images is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Stock Photography – Royalty Free Stock Photography and Stock Photos for Web Sites photos that I download?

There is no account needed to purchase and download images. Just select the photos you want, add to your cart, checkout and download your images.
Our pictures of dogs are offered at three different sizes for your convenience. Pictures of dogs for as low as 1.00.
